We are looking for people who can sustain the high quality and standards
associated with Catfish Parlour, and who can create an environment where our
customers are treated like welcomed guests in a friendly atmosphere that fosters
a completely enjoyable family dinning experience. With an understanding
of these realities, Dave Kerbow opened the first Catfish Parlour in
Austin, Texas in 1973 with the idea of serving food that people really
like in a comfortable and friendly environment. Catfish Parlour South
in South Austin, which opened in 1976, is our first franchise and
Catfish Parlour Georgetown opened in 2008.

We firmly believe in our methods and goals and desire to expand our
brand name with franchisees that are looking for such an opportunity
to expand our brand name and benefit from our success.
